Customer Service Position

(Multi-Office Insurance Agency – Las Vegas Area)

Position Summary

The Customer Service position is responsible for
  • Managing inbound customer calls
  • Processing policy service requests
  • Scheduling coverage reviews
  • Protecting Sales and Account Managers from interruption
  • Maintaining accurate documentation
  • Escalating complex issues appropriately
This role is the operational backbone of the office.

What This Position Is NOT

  • Not a commission-driven sales position
  • Not a remote position
  • Not a stepping stone to immediate promotion
  • Not flexible start-time
  • This role requires daily in-office presence and reliability.

Work Schedule

  • Monday–Friday
  • 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM start commitment
  • In-office position (no remote)
Punctuality and attendance are critical to this position.

Compensation

  • Base salary $38,000 – $42,000 (based on experience and stability history)
  • Quarterly performance bonus based on
    • Attendance
    • Documentation accuracy
    • Escalation discipline
    • Professional conduct
  • Paid time off

Active Nevada Property & Casualty License Required (or ability to obtain within 30 days if currently licensed in another state).
Prior insurance or office experience preferred but not required.
Character and reliability matter more than experience.
